Henry Loucks was a newspaper editor and politician in the Dakota Territory, United States. ==Biography== Henry Langford Loucks was born in Canada of Luxembourger-German and Irish immigrants.〔Frank Van Nuys, 'Immigrants and Politics in South Dakota, 1861-1930', in ''The Plains Political Tradition: Essays on South Dakota Political Culture'' (eds.
